Rental Program (CTCT) of Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion Phase 2

For Apartments and Condotel Hotels

All Condotel apartments are required to participate in the Condotel Time-Sharing Contract (CTCT), except for those located on the 1st, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors of Tower A, as well as the 1st, 15th, 16th, 17th, and 18th floors of Tower B, Penthouse apartments, and all 2-bedroom units, which have the option to participate in the CTCT.

The lease term is 5 years, with the possibility of a 5-year extension. A guaranteed rental profit of 6% per year is committed for the first 4 years. From the 5th year onwards, owners will receive 30% of the rental revenue. Additionally, owners receive 40 complimentary points each year for redeeming nights at Ixora 2.

For Villas

Villa owners have the option to participate in the Condotel Time-Sharing Contract (CTCT). The lease term is 5 years, with the possibility of a 5-year extension. For all customers participating in CTCT, they will receive 70% of the net rental income. Additionally, owners receive 40 complimentary points each year for redeeming nights at Ixora 2.
